Employee AI Agents

Stop Giving Employees a Blank AI Chat Box

Training employees to use AI is useful, but incomplete. Give each person an agent already trained for the role.

Access is not the same as adoption

Many companies gave employees access to AI tools and expected transformation. Then usage became inconsistent. The problem is not the intelligence of the tool. The problem is the absence of operating context.

A blank box does not know the employee’s role, company policies, customer history, internal tools, workflows, or approval requirements.

Start from the job to be done

A role-specific agent begins with a defined mandate. A Sales Agent understands the pipeline and common objections. An Operations Agent understands SOPs and escalation rules. An Executive Agent understands priorities, bottlenecks, and approval decisions.

The better adoption model

Employees still benefit from AI literacy. But the operating model should not require every employee to become an expert prompt writer. Delphi gives them agents already connected to the knowledge, tools, and boundaries of their work.
